The opioid crisis  is an epidemic that has hit Indian Country especially hard.  The overdose death rate is the highest of any racial group.  On behalf of the Consolidated Tribes of the Umatilla and the Confederated Tribes of Warm SpringsJohnson Johnson Lucas & Middleton is taking on manufacturers and distributors responsible for this crisis.

What We’re Doing to Help
We are teaming up with other firms around the country representing cities, counties and states in federal multi district litigation to hold the industry accountable for the costs of addiction treatment and prevention. We are dedicated to fighting the opioid crisis affecting our communities.
